Nanobots have been hard at work to populate the town of 2d.Miami with aggressive nanospawns, and confine the Enclave to the sea front. 2d.Miami is separated into 3 different areas.

* The beginner-friendly Ocean Drive Enclave, as the starting point for new players.
* The toxic Ocean Junk area, requiring a gas mask to be unlocked.
* The irradiated Ocean Punk suburbs, requiring a rad-suit to be unlocked.

Each area increases the difficulty of the combat, but also increases the rate at which memory shard drops. Unlocking areas may be a criteria for punctual rewards, and a surefire way to get a higher score.
